Claire L. Lunardini spoke on the topic of Complex Litigation at the "Practice Tracks 2008" program for law students sponsored by DePaul University College of Law and the Chicago Area Law School Consortium consisting of eleven Illinois and Indiana law schools.

Michael C. Bruck and Bradley C. Nahrstadt spoke at the Basic Skills Program sponsored by the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel.  Mr. Bruck spoke on the topic of pleadings, motions and courtroom practice and Mr. Nahrstadt gave a presentation on jury instructions.

In her capacity as co-chairperson of the Rules Committee of the Illinois Appellate Lawyers Association, Alyssa Campbell testified at the January 23, 2006 public hearing of the Illinois Supreme Court Rules Committee.  The testimony concerned a proposed amendment to Supreme Court Rule 303 governing appeals from final judgments.

Edward J.Murphy spoke at the Fire Investigators Strike Force/Illinois Advisory Committee on Arson Prevention (FISF/IACAP) May seminar.  Mr. Murphy, who has developed special expertise in defending cases involving large fires and explosions, spoke about his involvement in the litigation that ensued following the Jewel Foods warehouse fire in Hillside, Illinois on August 1, 1993.
