Recruiting

We seek to recruit the best associates who want to be trial lawyers.  Candidates must demonstrate strong oral communication and writing skills.

Our firm emphasizes high quality performance.  Advancement, salary and bonus are based on merit.  A premium is placed on quick acceptance of significant responsibility and the ability to advise clients in a timely and informative manner. 

All new associates train with a partner.  It is expected that associates will have the ability to handle matters independently within five years.  More senior associates who join the firm typically have significant litigation experience and are hired to take on significant responsibilities in those areas in which the firm has an immediate need.
