The FTC Reins in Facebook

James P. Fieweger published a blog post regarding the FTC’s settlement of charges against Facebook on the DRI Today blog.  The FTC alleged that Facebook violated the Federal Trade Commission Act by failing to live up to its representations regarding the accessibility of personal information loaded onto the website.  The article also was distributed to members of DRI’s LinkedIn group.  View Publication PDF.
