Tom Falkenberg concentrates his practice in professional liability defense, where he represents accountants, lawyers, brokers, and consultants. Throughout his career, Mr. Falkenberg has tried over 30 cases to jury verdict and participated in over 100 arbitrations. He has written and lectured on numerous topics, including accountants liability, real estate malpractice, arbitration and evidence and was asked to draft the Office of the State Comptroller Ethics Commission Procedures and Rules. Mr. Falkenberg was formerly in-house litigation counsel for Arthur Andersen LLP, where he was responsible for defending the firm in auditing, tax and business consulting matters. Mr. Falkenberg is also a licensed real estate broker and was a tax consultant with an international accounting firm. Tom graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accounting in 1987. From 1988-1990, he was a Professor of Accountancy at his alma mater.
