Joseph F. Bozdech is an associate at Williams Montgomery & John Ltd., and a member of the firm’s commercial litigation and antitrust practice groups. Mr. Bozdech joined the firm in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bozdech clerked for the Honorable Lawrence J. O’Neill, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, and for the Honorable Richard M. Clark at the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges.


Education/Bar Admissions


Mr. Bozdech earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2014, and was a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, Mr. Bozdech served as an Articles Editor on the Editorial Board of the University of Illinois Law Review, and also wrote for the Illinois Business Law Journal. He served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sara L. Darrow of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Mr. Bozdech received his B.A. from the University of Chicago in 2008, with a double major in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations and Religious Studies.

Mr. Bozdech is admitted to practice in the states of Illinois and California, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
