Biography:

Mr. Lipe is a trial attorney with over 25 years of jury trial experience. He has tried over 30 jury trials to verdict in state and federal courts, and specializes in the preparation and trial of catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.  His areas of concentration include products liability, construction litigation, commercial litigation, employment counseling and discrimination (federal statutory and state law ancillary claims), premises liability, transportation liability (including common carriers and FELA claims), civil rights, and toxic torts.
