Biography:

James Whalen represents corporate and individual defendants in products liability, commercial, construction and labor & employment lawsuits in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies.  He also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in all types of commercial and business disputes including those involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and other business torts.
