Attorneys Geoff Pipoly and Max Gaston Join Williams Montgomery & John
Geoffrey M. Pipoly and Max H. Gaston have joined Williams Montgomery & John as associate attorneys. Pipoly joined the firm’s commercial litigation practice group in August following two years of service as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Richard Allen Griffin of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2011, where he was a member of the Minnesota Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif.
Max H. Gaston joined the firm’s commercial litigation, healthcare litigation and professional liability practice groups in September after serving as a state prosecutor in Cook County. He received his J.D. in 2013 from Notre Dame Law School, where he was a founding editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law, recipient of the award for Outstanding Achievement in Oral Advocacy and elected speaker at the 2011 Forum for International Law Students in Beijing, China.
