David Applegate Authors Article to be Used in Classroom Teaching

David Applegate's article for the Chicago Bar Association on the state secrets privilege, "An Overview of the States Secrets Privilege in the United States" (CBA Journal, Jan. 2009) has been designated as assigned reading for a Northeastern Law School (Boston) seminar entitled "Balancing Liberty and Security" taught by Professor Deborah Ramirez.
