Williams, Montgomery & John's Antitrust Practice group, led by Charles Tompkins, scored a complete victory for their client Flextronics International USA, Inc. by defeating defendants' motion to dismiss Flextronics' complaint.  Flextronics claims that the defendants, large lithium-ion battery manufactures including LG Chem, Panasonic, Toshiba, Hitachi and Samsung, conspired to fix prices of batteries in violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act.  The case is pending in federal court in California before Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers.  For more detail see the attached article or contact Charles Tompkins.
