Bradley Nahrstadt and Jeremy Burton Author Article Regarding the Communications Decency Act

Bradley C. Nahrstadt and Jeremy T. Burton recently authored an article concerning the Communications Decency Act of 1996.  Their piece was the featured article in the March 2009 issue of the Journal of Internet Law, published by Aspen Publishing.
