New Book Issued by the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education has Strong Ties to WM&J

In March of 2009, the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) issued a new title in its extensive library.  The book, entitled Illinois Insurance Law, was edited by Williams Montgomery & John partner Bradley C. Nahrstadt.  Nahrstadt and fellow partner Christina D. Harrison authored a chapter in the book entitled "Bad-Faith Claims in Illinois."  In addition, WM&J partner Michael C. Bruck authored a chapter in the book entitled "Reservation of Rights Letters."
