Ten WMJ Attorneys Named 2015 Illinois Super Lawyers

In 2015, eight of the firm's partners have been named Illinois Super Lawyers and two of the firm's attorneys have been named as Illinois Super Lawyer Rising Stars. 

One of the firm's name partners, C. Barry Montgomery, has been named a Super Lawyer for the 10th year in a row in business litigation.  Another name partner, Peter C. John, was renamed as a Super Lawyer in business litigation, professional liability (defense), and class action/mass torts.  David L. Applegate was renamed as a Super Lawyer in intellectual property and business litigation.  Christopher J. Barber was renamed as a Super Lawyer in securities and business litigation.  Michael C. Bruck was renamed as a Super Lawyer in business litigation, professional liability (defense), and insurance coverage.  James P. Fieweger was renamed as a Super Lawyer in business litigation, civil litigation (defense), and criminal defense (white collar).  Peter J. Meyer was renamed as a Super Lawyer in securities and business litigation. Thomas H. Neuckranz was renamed as a Super Lawyer in personal injury defense (product liability). 

Partner Kirstin B. Ives and associate Joshua M. Wiersma were named as Illinois Super Lawyer Rising Stars this year.

Lawyers are selected as Super Lawyers following a statewide poll of practicing attorneys, independent research on candidates and a detailed evaluation process that evaluates each candidate based on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement in each lawyer's practice area.
