This one-hour program is designed to provide practical advice regarding the selection and disclosure of expert witnesses and their opinions. Topics covered include: how to select the proper expert, communicating with your experts, providing the proper material to your experts for review, and disclosing your experts’ opinions — and the bases for those opinions — in accordance with state and federal law.
