C. Barry Montgomery participated as a panelist at the Chicago Bar Association Trial Superstars Program. The panel that Mr. Montgomery was a part of discussed trends in personal injury wrongful death litigation.
David L. Applegate gave a presentation regarding damages in patent actions at the Practicing Law Institute Patent Litigation 2009 program in Chicago. The title of his presentation was "A Quantum of Damages: Entire Market Value, Apportionment, Quanta, and Use Damages."
